How we collaborate with the Divisions of Family Practice

Our provincial team of program staff and practice improvement coaches works collaboratively with the Divisions of Family Practice to support physicians and teams, ensuring our services meet your practice improvement needs. Our relationship with the divisions of family practice ensures doctors receive seamless support through a collaborative approach that works to:

  • Identify and resolve gaps in physician support
  • Reduce overlap between sessions and meetings to mitigate “engagement fatigue”
  • Identify future practice and community quality improvement support opportunities
