FPSC Provincial Mentorship Program

The FPSC Provincial Mentorship Program provides mentorship and networking opportunities for both new and experienced family physicians across the province to build confidence and expand their scope of practice in these streams:
This program provides tailored guidance through 1:1 conversations between mentors and mentees. Physician time will be compensated, and these sessions can occur virtually or in person.

Program participants can receive mentoring in as many streams as they choose. Each stream is eligible for up to 5 hours of compensation (up to 2 hours for mentees in the longitudinal locum stream).
